Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ceo@pcplusa.com.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed. To cancel your order, please contact us at ceo@pcplusa.com as soon as possible.

As our services/products are digital, there is no shipping involved.
